OVERVIEW

This symposium will provide an in-depth review of current advances in the care of complex patients with cardiovascular disease. Topics cover guideline- and evidence-based strategies to lower cardiovascular risk in patients, optimal diagnostic approaches to help guide cardiovascular therapies, emerging treatments for complex patients with structural heart disease, arrhythmias and heart failure, as well as novel heart and vascular devices and technologies. Practitioners should be able to incorporate many of the tips and tools from this case-based program into their daily practice.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The intended audience for this activity are cardiologists, cardiovascular subspecialists, vascular surgeons, internists, family practitioners, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
